It is no secret that I love rhubarb. Come spring, I can’t wait to get my hands on these beautiful, shrug-inducingly tart stalks so I can bake them up into all sorts of goodies.

Here I’ve gathered for you my six most favorite foods to make with rhubarb. All are vegan, of course, and each one will leave you and your diners asking for more.
